Singers give their tribute to Khayyam

Legendary composer Mohammed Zahur Khayyam was rushed to the hospital in Mumbai on July 28 and after battling with life, he took his last breath at 9:30 pm on Monday. Popularly known as Khayyam had given us celebrated soundtracks of 'Kabhi Kabhi' (1972), 'Umrao Jaan' (1981), 'Noorie' (1979), 'Raziya Sultan' (1983), 'Bazaar' (1982). He was 93.
